This Client is a one-woman show and she had no time to keep managing her social media, therefore she had been fairly inactive and posted without a strategy. She requested content that reflects her mission and background, and content that shows the effort she puts into every piece she makes.

Our campaign aimed to elevate Client's Instagram presence, build a stronger community and improve content strategy. Our goal was to research their audience and competitors to optimize content variety while incorporating her values.

We achieved this by sharing authentic stories through beautiful, cohesive content and actively engaging with both their existing and new audience. We created content buckets based on their niche and included the owner’s values and personality to reconnect with the audience.

results

We transformed Client’s Instagram presence to beautifully showcase the values of handmade and artisan jewelry. The revamped feed now reflects a cohesive aesthetic that resonates with the brand’s core principles. Her engagement rate increased by 55.41% which is a result of daily engagement.
